SAGEA has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with HamroCSIT. The MoU establishes a shared intent to explore collaborative workshops and learning initiatives under the SAGEA for Learning program.
HamroCSIT is one of the most established platforms serving computer science students in Nepal. It has built a sustained presence through educational content, community programming, and technical resources. Both teams see strong alignment in values and direction.
For SAGEA, this collaboration reflects a broader approach to working with organizations that have earned trust within Nepal's student ecosystem. We believe meaningful access to frontier AI should be shaped in partnership with the communities it is meant to serve.
Under this MoU, both organizations will explore opportunities to jointly develop and host workshops that give students direct, hands-on interaction with frontier AI systems. The collaboration is exploratory — specific initiatives will be shaped through ongoing dialogue between both teams as the relationship develops.
This MoU does not represent a single project or deliverable. It is a foundation for continued conversation, experimentation, and mutual learning. As the collaboration evolves, we will assess opportunities that make sense for both organizations and for the wider student community.
