Helios utilizes a highly capable passive-first liveness pipeline. A secondary active gesture layer provides a confirmatory signal when passive confidence falls below a set threshold. We designed this pipeline specifically for the adversarial input distributions we observe in real-world deployments, including screen recaptures of printed documents, which remain a common attack vector in emerging markets.
Intelligent Document Analysis
Helios extracts structured identity fields from documents across multiple scripts and languages, including handwritten text. It is purpose-trained on complex regional identity document formats such as citizenship certificates, passports, and driving licenses. The model effectively handles the specific typographic and handwriting variations present in local document populations.
