On January 23, 2026, SAGEA entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IME Khalti. This marks the beginning of a collaborative relationship between two organizations committed to building forward-looking technology initiatives in Nepal.

The MoU establishes a shared intent to explore areas of cooperation aligned with long-term innovation and responsible technology development. While the collaboration is currently at an exploratory stage, both teams see strong alignment in values, ambition, and outlook.
